Mercer University School of Medicine
"When there are nine." – RBG
Leah Gober is a 3rd year medical student at Mercer University in the charming town of Savannah, GA. Leah’s teaching experience began when she worked as a TA for undergraduate engineering classes and continues through her tutoring of fellow medical students today. Leah regularly geeks out by stretching blood vessels to study vascular disease in Williams Syndrome at NIH as a fellow in the Medical Research Scholars Program. She focuses on question-based learning styles and hashing out the “whys” and “hows” of not only the right, but the wrong answers too. She enjoys using game theory and storytelling to understand what went into creating USMLE questions. And she is meticulous to a tee—you can expect flexible but detailed study schedules. Leah believes in honest feedback, used to build confidence in test taking, and she’s personally invested in your success!
