"Work in silence, let the success make the noise" - Frank Ocean
Andrew is a creative, diligent and compassionate tutor who understands the dedication and commitment it takes to excel on Step 1. From high school to college and now medical school, he has consistently been involved in mentorship and community building. From his extensive mentoring and tutoring background, Andrew understands that students learn in a variety of ways, from brute memorization to flash cards to drawing. In fact, his past mentees and students have taught him over the years that there are infinite ways to flourish and succeed. It is this cornerstone that serves as the basis for his approach to helping you develop a strategic and organized plan of attack: by breaking down complicated vignettes, dissecting lab results, and evaluating complex answer choices. He will work closely with you to bolster your weaknesses and identify your strengths, all while encouraging accountability through honest feedback. Andrew believes that his experiences of mentorship, advisement, and community building are just as important as the medical content he delivers to his students. While working together, he will be honing and developing the skills you will need for career success, to ultimately help you to achieve your goals in medicine and beyond.
