Kelly is a friendly, goal-oriented, and encouraging tutor who understands the challenges and pressure associated with the USMLE exams. After receiving an MCAT score significantly lower than her practice tests, Kelly was determined to overcome her testing anxiety for the USMLE exams and is dedicated to helping students overcome similar obstacles. She believes in a repetition-oriented study approach through flashcards, practice questions, and tutoring sessions, as well as in the importance of simulating testing conditions during practice exams. Kelly's teaching experience ranges from teaching undergraduate students a TA in cellular biology, and teaching high school students attending the biotechnology program at the National Student Leadership Conference. She is eager to help students hone their test-taking strategies, break down complicated vignettes and concepts, and design killer customized study schedules tailored to students' progress, timeline, and goals.
